    • Mulligatawny Soup($4.00)
      A true product of the British Raj, this soup emerged when the "Pukkha Sahib" demanded for a soup with which to commence the meal. Made of lentils, red chillies, ginger, tumernic and other spices in a chicken base, it forms a warm delicious appetizer that helps counteract chilly weather.

  • Tandoori Dishes
    • A tandoor is a cylindrical clay oven that is heated by hardwood charcoal. Our experiences tandoori chef uses the oven to make fresh Indian breads and delicious tandoori meats that are skewered and barbecued. All tandoor dishes are marinated in a spiced yoghurt mixture for 24 hours.
