A tandoor is a cylindrical clay oven that is heated by hardwood charcoal. Our experiences tandoori chef uses the oven to make fresh Indian breads and delicious tandoori meats that are skewered and barbecued. All tandoor dishes are marinated in a spiced yoghurt mixture for 24 hours.
Served as accompaniments to main courses.
These dishes consist of rice fried together with meats or vegetables whereby their flavour permeates the rice. Bityanis are garnished with almonds, raisins and fried onions.
All our rice dishes use basmati rice, one of the finest and most celebrated rices in the world. Its special fragrance and texture has made it the most renowned rice in the Indian Cuisine.
All our breads are prepared and served fresh, straight from the tandoor oven.
All dinner combinations for 2 are served with:Dal Soup or Mulligatawny Soup, Naan Bread, Pappadum, Palao Rice, Dessert.
